Which European countries do you ship to?
We offer standard and express shipping to all EU member states, as well as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Local delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

For all orders within the European Union, VAT is included at the checkout, and no additional customs duties will be charged upon delivery as items are shipped from our regional warehouses.
What is the warranty period for LaserPecker products?
All LaserPecker machines purchased through our official European store come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
Can I return my laser engraver if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Please contact our support team to initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
