Initiate Your Request
Contact our European support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the LaserPecker device and all original accessories back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at a designated carrier location; please ensure you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
